Don’t buy their video doorbell Pro. It’s absolute rubbish.
Don’t buy their video doorbell pro under any circumstances. They’ve asked me to change my network password just for this. They say I can’t use any special characters but everything on Wifi would need to change and for a security device to have to ask this is frankly insecure not to have special characters. It’s cost a fortune to install as it’s not worked since I bought in October and they now say it’s not able to be refunded. Everything else I have bought is great and easy to install. They need to change this awful device. Going to have to buy Ring doorbell. Useless and more expense. Don’t blame customers. Your awful device is at fault.
Laggy app and awful audio
The app is constantly laggy, audio cuts on all cameras despite having fibre everything is slow!!
Don’t worry if you get a notification about a door sensor or camera notification it takes 5 minutes to load the video and you can’t hear anything 😠
Keep your family safe
Horrible company and horrible customer service!! I had at my office and at my home. I would never recommend or use. You can never talk to anyone. I have had the same problem for years. The only person I am allowed to speak to is A.I. Worthless!! One time my alarm went off and they ended up calling the wrong family and sending the police to the wrong house.
Pretty sure this is a scam
Terrible products that do not work. Also my alarm has gone off and no one has called me to check on us even though it was passed the allotted amount of time when I should have gotten a call. I have tried to cancel my membership by calling several times but I get placed on hold for 30 + mins then hung up on as soon as someone answers. I feel like this is a scam.
They won’t let you cancel
The service was great while I needed it. Canceling the service was a total scam. No confirmation number and months later the bills continued.
A dangerous choice
The cameras don't work. The ordering and billing ID a disaster and they are not transparent with their customers. Their equipment is effectively useless if you can't download the firmware and you can't download the firmware because their account information and customers service is messed up. They are NOT who you want behind your fire alarms. That's for sure.
