I have upgraded my internet service and your system does not work with it so it is now no use to me. Before I could not use the system at all it had a hard time talking to the WiFi even though the WiFi modem was only 10 get away.

I would love to give it 5 stars but it just doesn't work as advertised. The radio ad said the motion sensor can differentiate between pets and people. Taking that a face value, I bought a system. But we have a very large dog (150 pound Newfoundland) and no matter what I do, or what was suggested by the support people, I can't get it to detect me and ignore the dog. It would work if an intruder is eight feet tall, but otherwise it just doesn't work. I haven't installed the rest of it yet because without the motion sensor aimed at my most likely point of entry...what's the use!
Their customer service sucks!
Their customer service sucks!! I have called four times so far and have yet to talk to a person. I am always on hold for at least 45 minutes and was on hold the last time for an hour and a half before I finally hung up. I am having trouble with my system and cannot get in touch with anyone to help. Time to go somewhere else!!

I gave Simpli Safe a very low rating because of the app on the camera. Next time send a camera that can be used without any kind of app to use it. Send a camera that works with the system not some stupid app.
Activation tricks
Received a email that I will receive a camera with activation, still waiting after one month contacted customer service twice. Upon activation of service I was not given a choice of coverage plans it automatically selected the higher cost plan that included camera monitoring at that time I had no camera.

I am having lots of problems with the system. Many of the devices disconnect from the WiFi (I have a very good and very strong WiFi). When I move the system from HOME to OFF in the morning, many times it does the job and immediately afterwards it says that I am out of range. That it takes a few minutes to disconnect. Many times I can't view cameras online because the app comes back and says they are offline, which is not the case.
I need help, please!!

I have the doorbell that only pick up when me an family come and goes,as well as when the postman delivers mail,but I have landscape that comes every week not to mention my garbage gets pickup right in front of my hse no recordings, it's so disappointing, I feel my doorbell has some type of glitz that it doesn't do what it was said to do.

Very disappointing
Very disappointing. SimpliSafe advertises that it is compatible with pets, however, this is not the case. I have 2 large dogs that are free to roam the house, however, the motion detectors set off the alarm, therefore, I cannot activate the system when away and basically worthless to have. SimpliSafe suggested turning the motion detectors upside down so the sensor is on the top and would not detect the motion below it, however, the area in which the detector must monitor would still detect the motion. I am sorry I changed security systems and wasted hundreds of dollars on a useless system.

We have been having problems with the doorbell camera for some time. Will not connect to the internet and then we spend up to 4 hours trying to get it connected. Also my daughter has ring and no problems, we may be changing to ring, most have no idea how to help us. We were suppose to have a supervisor call us to help. And we are still waiting . May need to go with new monitoring company.

The doorbell product does not work with many doorbell systems and neither the first nor second adaptor kit works with my very basic doorbell setup. They did not ask enough questions up front to know what I needed, and have yet to get me a proper setup.
