Took a long time for the equipment to arrive... from the 10th of October to the 24th of October. Then the magnets are to large for my door jams, had to get thinner magnets.... ordered them 25th of October to ??. Seems not to interested in my security.... I’m fearful, I might have made a mistake....

I purchased SimpliSafe and more often than not, I get a response saying: “ No Link to Dispatcher.” This is the second time I have reported this to no meaningful solution to this problem.

Web cameras are not reliable and have to be constantly reset which is impossible if you travel a lot. Trying to cancel service required waiting on hold for 30+ MINUTES. No wait to signup for service however.

The indoor camera doesn’t work well. There are no outdoor cameras available. And i worry glass break sensor doesn’t work because i dropped an iron firewood stick it was SO loud and high pitched and nothing happened. That sensor was like inches away from the sound.
Equipment is buggy
Equipment is buggy, and the app is very limited. When I built out the system, the rep was very unhelpful so I just built it out online.
