You credited my account immediately! Yet it took weeks, with many phone calls for you to actually ship the product ! Customer service ( as usual) was worthless! ( as usual )

If you send any equipment back to this company they will not process a refund. They will tell you a refund has been processed but it won't show up in your account. I have sent several different items back and all have been approved for refund but I don't get the money back into my account unless I call 15 times then finally after 4-5 months it will show up.

Misleading
This product is only, if U want to utilize the camera, a viable solution if U use their subscription service with a fee that l find unacceptable. You can't use the camera for surveillance without paying an amount that l feel is not necessary. You will only find out about this when U go to register the unit. To make matters worse l can't even return it or sell it for a considerable loss incurred. Very misleading advertising got me to by this technology lemon. So if U want to pay a fee each month have at it.
Worthless plastic junk
My tanant was never able to get the Simpli safe system to work and After my tenant moved away, the Simplisafe system is garbage because I can’t change it to my name even though I paid for it . I have no contact with the tenant who was evicted .
The Simpli safe rep said there is nothing I can do other than buy a new system. So I paid $385 for a heap of plastic !

Have replaced same door sensor t have replaced Simplisafe door lock and have replaced the base and still have same problem with door lock not communicating with base
Have had numerous phone conversations with numerous people telling me how they are going to fix this and of course still not fixed and I am ghosted by the people telling me this will be taken care of
Bought in 5/15 is 7/27 today still not fixed and still no responses on the last 3 emails to Stephen b.
I feel as though they have no idea on how to fix the problem that is why they don't respond

Terrible, the cameras didn’t work so had to call multiple times every time getting the run around, lied to and hours and frustration spent. Terrible customer service, never been more disappointed in a company or purchase.

Thinking it might be a bad Keypad, Simplisafe has mailed me FOUR "new" Keypads. The same result for all 4.

Customer service takes too long. Was on hold for an hour and then transferred over and they hung up. And on top of that I was calling to cancel this service because I’ve been paying for it last 6 months and the service isn’t even set up / working. Do not use this security company unless you have all kinds of time on your hands to deal with all the flaws.

The “free” camera that came with my system is a dud. I’ve purchased a WiFi extender and it still doesn’t work! I have very expensive e-waste!

I had my two remote deadbolt locks ordered. The order apparently never got placed. Thankfully a SS rep reached out to me and apologized and immediately rushed my shipment out.
Unfortunately, you shipped me two black locks instead of one black and one white.
