Nothing but issues with the sensors, not connecting to main unit. Main unit not communicating with system. After I canceled my monitoring, the two cameras I bought can’t be used, unless you have monitoring with the app. A big was of money.

The camera doesn't work at all. The siren doesn't work at all. I think the problem is me, not necessarily the system. The key bob doesn't work. The garage door sensor goes beeb beeb when I leave...the only sensor appearing to work. You have to nail the tape to the wall or it will peal off in a couple of days

Could never get everything to work together. Doorbell camera was the worst. The app was useless and customer service was only a little better.

SimpliSafe Smart Lock Not Good
Our SimpliSafe Smart Lock is not responding. I have called the SimpliSafe lock help number multiple times and have been on hold trying to get through for over 30 minutes. When I did finally talk to a technician, they managed to lock up the system. The door lock is at a winter residence and since we are not there to do anything about it we can know no longer let anybody in to take care of items or problems inside of our house. And the wait times to speak to a representative are untenable and unacceptable. For $24 a month over the millions of users SimpliSafe has they should be able to afford more technical staff. Stop advertising until you can service what you have already sold.
I don’t recommend the SimpliSafe lock if you are not right on the property all the time to be able to handle any areas of concern that come up.

We haven’t had our system for a year yet, and already had issues with our system disconnecting and resetting 3 different times. Not impressed.
The base station continually does not…
The base station continually does not recognize the smart lock, and often does not work, or it says smart lock is not responding and the smart lock is responding. When I call support, they run through a series of tests, but cant figure it out either. It also does not respond well if there are several things using the internet, so that means Alexa and Bluetooth items.
My two cameras aren’t working
My two cameras aren’t working. It took me 50 minutes (2 separate calls) to get through. The tech was not able to help get them back up and running and suggested she send new cameras. I already paid my general contractor to install the ones that aren’t working. I can’t keep incurring costs like that because your technology is bad.
SimpliSafe = meh
System was easy to install - problem is that sensors lose connectivity on a regular basis. And no, it’s not my WiFi - I have a 3 node lynksys mesh that no other device has a problem with. Simply= Meh
SimpliSafe Got Hacked
SimpliSafe was hacked and my information was leaked. Why would anyone use a service for security if they're leaking information from being hacked? For instance, I was given an email to do a review more than a year after having service. They claimed a package was being sent to me, but I never ordered any.
Just Terrible
The camera is low quality and hard to manage. The app doesn’t warn you when there’s activity. The entrance sensors don’t stick well and already have stopped working in less than a year. The customer service is non existing. Try to call and you will never get anyone live. You have to wait at least 45 minutes and still no one picks up.

I ordered a glass breaking sensor and…
I ordered a glass breaking sensor and have had it for maybe a year and then recently ordered a motion sensor and discovered it doesn’t work. So I decided to test the glass sensor and it doesn’t work either. I called to see if I could switch out the sensors that don’t work for entry sensors and since it had been past 60 days on the glass sensor they said they couldn’t do anything. That’s very poor service when you can’t switch out something that doesn’t work for items I’d be paying more for.
Not what I thought I was getting
The camera goes on and off constantly. The app force quits all the time. The app is also not very good.

I made the mistake of purchasing a system.. Took 2 wks to get to me. I decided in that time I'd go w/ a different provider for security.
That wasn't good for them. They Refused to give me a refund. After several calls, they continued to tell me they couldn't track the package while UPS was saying it was Delivered to them. They asked incessantly for information they already had and repeated questions, and continued to say.. "we can't find your order" It was not until I threatened to tell my credit card company to recoup the payment after 4 calls, several transfers over a months time, w/ long hold waits.. nobody knew anything about the item I paid them for until I threatened to report them to BBB!
Please Run from this company they are a scam.. and RUN QUICKLY

The motion detector only works sometimes! I would walk right in front of the camera but sometimes it would NOT record.

Bad tech support
The actual equipment appears to function well. However, if you need any technical support good luck. I called 4 different times and each time was on hold for over 30 minutes before I gave up. I’m praying that their monitoring service isn’t so lame.
