3rd time calling
3rd time calling, on hold for 30+ minutes each time first time being able to reach, customer service once reached was great, just way to under staffed to be effective.

Order was wrong on their side! No resolution!
Tried 4 times to resolve order that should have included a camera. I even sent screen shots to show that it was due with the order of monitoring and that the order registered wrong on their side. They denied each time! Dissatisfied and I don’t have the time anymore to resolve! They wore me out.

I give one star because for one this crappie customer service
I give one star because for one thing, I have to wait close to 30 minutes before I get to speak to anyone, and secondly, during that time period I’m forced to endure listening to ridiculous music over and over and over. It’s mind numbing. Thirdly, many reps need to be further educated on both the system and the products. Bottom line, worst customer service of any company I have used.

Will wait on hold forever for customer service...
Setup was easy but the door alarms aren't very sticky so it's hard to get a good placement. I do like that there is a "ding" when doors open so I can hear if the kids are going out the door. I've also been on hold with customer service for 30 minutes trying to cancel my monitoring service. It shouldn't be this hard to get in touch with someone.

Unhappy.
Having difficulty setting up the system. Being charged for nothing seeing nothing is setup. Was told a charge would be reversed and it wasn’t. Unhappy customer.

Don’t use if you have pets
In the beginning we did enjoy this. It helped us feel safe. They advertised this as “pet-friendly” but we got a puppy and everytime we turn our system on when we leave for work, I always get a notification that there is movement in the house. I called, followed their directions so that it wouldn’t be set off, but somehow, it didn’t work and I was constantly getting calls that I had a break-in. Now my System is always off and just gathering dust. It’s useless.

The system never worked
The system never worked. I could not get push notifications even with new base station. Multiple phone calls to fix problem, never worked. Had to send back. When you call for help, on hold for over 40 minutes per call(ridiculous ). Blamed Verizon for problem. The only push notification I got was when base station unplugged. If that worked, all push notifications should have worked. Multiple people worked on issue for hours still never worked properly.

I have been trying for 2 months to get…
I have been trying for 2 months to get a A/C Adapter for a Black outdoor camera and have been sent the wrong parts 3x . I spent almost 2hrs on the phone the last time I called. I gave a call back number at the start of the conversation and call was dropped and there was no call back. If you can't send the adapter then send me the camera, this should not be this difficult. Sent me a broken base unit
Sent me a broken base unit. Then made me go to a post office to mail it back, instead of scheduling a pick up. The closest one was an hour away. If you send a broken unit, you should support ups or FedEx pickup returns…

This system is NOT for general…
This system is NOT for general commercial use even though it is advertised as such. We love the system but the smoke alarm could not be hardwired. I wish we knew that before we installed the system. The smoke alarm came last and we had paid for the system, used it and paid for the installation, about a $2500 problem.

Smoke detectors are defective junk
Smoke detectors are defective junk. Two failed in just over a year (one after a few months). Can only use system for burglary attempts since fire detection is highly unreliable. Cannot recommend.

Simply Horrible
None of the services you advertise or that one likely desires are present in your loss-leader offering. Your customer service is abysmal. It took you 6 weeks of holding my money to refund the system, and that was only after harrassing you every other day. Cut the wifi and your security system does not function. Horrible product with lousy service.

Wasted investment! Think twice!
I used the people you specified for installation and literally NOTHING of nearly a $1000 investment stayed on the wall / doors / windows. Not a single thing for even 24 hours. The smoke alarm wouldn’t even let me make a pizza without going off and had to go. What a colossal mistake on my part. I reached out for help and never heard back.

Service sucked and service sucked even more. Supervisors were less than willing to resolve my issue which is why I returned their equipment and went with Ring. Glad a dodged that buller
