camera will not connect to network and when I called in for help, the individual I spoke with was rude and not helpful.

Constantly going out for no reason..
Constantly going out for no reason... very unreliable. Constantly going off by itself and resetting. The master keypad is always disconnecting.

System doesn’t Work very well I went thur a lot of Family Issues and was out of town and when I finally was able to get back to the company my warranty to send system back had expired so I’am stuck with a security system that is not as good as they Said !!!!!! I would think twice before buying if I were you

Disappointed with SimpliSafe
Disappointed with SimpliSafe. I’ve asked a couple questions via email and don’t get answers. I had three sensors fall off where they were placed and already had to change the battery in one after having it less than six months.

Customer service by phone is awful. Incredibly long waits. I've been waiting on a refund on equipment for several months.

It was probably because we were reaching out during the holidays, but it was an absolute mess of incorrect items shipped and non-existent tech support post-sale. The agents I spoke to were friendly and somewhat knowledgeable. But it was overall not a great first impression.

pretty disappointed
Rarely get usable video from doorbell camera. Doorbell does not ring, so unless my phone is in front of me, we are not notified. No tracking of open sensor doors, just a noise, but can’t view via the app.

I purchased it to protect my house…
I purchased it to protect my house while spending over 3 months in Florida. I had numerous window sensors and 2 motion sensors. In the first month there was a false alarm with the police called. I told them I assumed it was the 2way tape not sticking and to the wall. The next month the other motion sensor did the same thing. When I got home both sensors were still in their proper position. A fly or bug must have set them off. I'm sure the police didn't appreciate coming out twice for false alarms. So the last month I left the alarm off and just checked every couple days by turning the system on and off to be sure all sensors were normal.

Several times the sensors have fallen…
Several times the sensors have fallen from their stickers causing a text of a breakin sent to my phone. I ran out of work, dodged red lights to hurry home. Only to fine the darn thing on the floor. Trying to contact SimpliSafe is not easy by phone or email. SimpliSafe is cheaper n yes u get what you paid for. Not very satisfied but firmly believe SimpliSafe can improve their service n do way better. Sorry but it has been n is my honest truth.

Their customer service is horrible. I try to get a hold of someone, I’ve sent emails, I’ve called and I can never get assistance. Should’ve went with some other system and company.

I was under the impression I would have…
I was under the impression I would have notifications to my phone when a window or door was opened. That is a much higher monthly fee. When my system wasn't operating correctly I called and was extremely disappointed with customer service. The lady I spoke with was rude.

Not impressed
Constantly says that there is no link to dispatch center. Customer service couldn’t figure it out. Batteries died within 2 months of installation. Customer service blamed us, saying that we probably put the unit on a granite counter top (we did not)

Customer service is poor. Agents poorly trained and seem to follow a script. Say they are doing things for you that never happen.

Expensive. Requires a contract. Poor customer service. Very difficult to get a refund.

When the system works it is a great system. The customer service however is deplorable. Takes several days to get a response if you get one at all.
